Service
Senior engineering teams that design, build, and ship production-grade web and platform software.
Overview
We don't build prototypes that need to be rewritten. Every codebase we produce is production-grade from the first sprint: typed, tested, documented, and deployed behind a CI/CD pipeline. The engineers who scope your project are the engineers who build it.
We work in two-week sprints with weekly demos, so you always know exactly where things stand. You own the repository, the infrastructure, and the deployment pipeline from day one.
Delivery Process
Each phase produces concrete deliverables. Nothing moves to the next stage until you've reviewed and approved the outputs.
Phase Breakdown
2 weeks
We turn your requirements into user stories, map system boundaries, define API contracts, and identify integration points. Output is a detailed technical spec your engineers can build from without ambiguity.
1 week
We design the system — database schema, service boundaries, auth model, and data flows — and scaffold the project with CI/CD, environment configuration, and observability tooling from the first commit.
2-week cycles
Feature development in two-week sprints with a demo every Friday. Pull requests are reviewed the same day they're opened. We write tests as we build — not as a cleanup step at the end.
Ongoing
Automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests run on every PR. We also do manual exploratory testing on each sprint's feature set before it ships to staging. Security scanning runs on every build.
End of each sprint
Every sprint closes with a production-mirror staging environment where you can acceptance test the work before it goes live. Bugs found here are fixed before the sprint closes — nothing ships with known issues.
Milestone + ongoing
Launch is followed by a 30-day hypercare period with SLA-backed response times. After hypercare, we offer flexible retainers for ongoing engineering, infrastructure monitoring, and feature iteration.
Technology
We're tool-agnostic — we'll adopt your existing stack where it makes sense.

FAQ
Both. Clearly scoped builds are often fixed-price. Exploratory or evolving products are better served by a time-and-materials retainer with weekly billing. We'll recommend the model that reduces risk for you, not for us.
You own it, unconditionally. The GitHub repo, the database, the deployment pipeline — all transferred to you at the start of the engagement, not at the end. We operate as guests in your infrastructure.
We use a formal change-request process for fixed-price work and update the sprint backlog collaboratively for retainer work. Scope changes are normal — what matters is that they're tracked transparently and priced honestly.
Yes. We often embed alongside in-house teams, providing senior engineering capacity, architecture guidance, or specific expertise. We adapt to your team's workflow and tools.
Tell us about your project and we'll follow up within one business day to set up a discovery call.
